What is the return policy?

Unworn pieces in original condition may be exchanged for ready to ship pieces of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery.

Custom pieces and international orders are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.

Do you offer repairs?

We are happy to repair any pieces with manufacturer's defects free of charge. Any other repairs will require a small fee.

When will I get my order?

Ready to ship pieces will ship in 2-5 days and made to order pieces will ship in 2-3 weeks. Custom orders have a lead time of 3-4 weeks.

Domestic orders orders should arrive in 3-5 business days and international orders in 5-12 business days.

What shipping services do you use?

Domestic shipping will be handled through USPS Ground Advantage.

International orders will be UPS Ground, the cost will depend on the destination country. All import taxes and custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our pieces are handmade in Los Angeles.

What are your sustainability and ethics policies?

We only use recycled sterling silver and gold filled, along with ethically sourced natural stones, glass, and ceramics.

All packaging and stationary is made with recycled materials, reused, or biodegradable.
